Range Rover DSE 97 Automatic trouble? (19000km's)

Hello!
My Range Rover DSE 1997 with the (I think) ZF4HP22 automatic transmission lets the engine rev up a little just when changing from third to fourth gear (or if it is when lock-up on fourth engage. This behaviour doesn't feel all ok and don't happend on lower gears.
When in sport-mode it feels better or nothing strange at all.
Oil seems orange-red and doesn't smell bad.
What could it be?
