Valve Adjustments

Does anyone know the valve adjustment specs for a '99 Honda Civic SI Dual Overhead cam (intake and exhaust)?

One thing the article is forgetting to mention is that you should check the valve clearance once more once all nuts are tightened. Sometime you can mess up the clearance while tighting the lock nut.
