manufature marking on the tires

Hi Folks,
I was wondering what is your technic to put the "transfer" (don't know if it's the right word in english) on the tires ? for example Michelin, Dunlop, Potenza etc..
Do you spray a coat after ? Clear ?

After I put it on tires I covered it with decal liquid. When they dry i put matt clear coat over decals.
