starting problems

i just bought a 2001 focus that didnt have a key for it...so i got a key made and everything seems to work fine...radio, lights, gauges, etc. except for one little problem...well HUGE problem it wont start...the starter wont turn at all, there is power going to it cause the radio shuts off when i turn it over, and it makes a clicking noise out of the dash some where...sometimes...some other times it just dings a constant tone...PLEASE HELP!!! IDK WHAT TO DO AND I REALLY NEED TO DRIVE THIS THING, its got lowered susp. body kit, wheels the works!!!! it virtually scrapes the ground just sitting in my garage...please anyone just give me some things to check or trouble shootings anything!!! i just gotta drive my baby!!!!

Not tryin to bash or anything............but does the bodykit really enhance the driving experience??? Also.........checked the battery???? dead battery makes a clicking noise and you radio will still work when the battery is dying

no but it does turn all the heads...and get the gilrs attention...lol...but it cant be the battery ive had it hooked up to a jump starter and e/t unless thats just not enough power to it??? idk but ive really got to get this thing going...im dieing w/o a car...if anyone has ANY suggestions LET ME KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!
