Transponder Key from ebay

Has any one bought a key transponder from Ebay? I bought a 2001 Toyota Camry 45k miles with 1 key. I need an extra one with a chip in it. The dealer wants $150. Ebay has one for $15.99 with $7.06 shipping, I will have to get it cut. The company has a good rating and it come with instructions how to program it.
