Door Locks

My cars door locks aren’t working right, the back doors lock right up, but the front ones I have to lock manually. The power lock button seems to have little or no effect on them. Anyone have an idea what’s wrong?
I also just purchased a Beltronics radar/laser detector vector 995, and I plugged in at it worked fine, until I started the car up, and there was a big spark from the cigarette lighter outlet. The unit still works fine, but the outlet doesn’t. Anyone know how I can fix that? Or get a new outlet?
