1990 RS Camaro, 700r4 trans prob

I just had the transmission rebuilt, but each gear changes out very close together. Goes into 2nd at 15mph, then into 3rd at 30, 4th at 50mph, For me to get to 70mph my RPM's are at 6, I was told it could be the governor or speed sensor. The Detent Cable has been adjusted correctly. Any suggestion or help will be greatly appreciate. Thank You

Sounds like the Governor...should be under warentee...take it back
