I have done a good bit of research on HID lighting and know that all these cheap knock off ones don't work because it continues to use the stock harness's. I came across this though and wondered how well it could actually be? It has a box that amps up the power thats needed for the HID lighting. I know a major concern though is the harness from the headlights to the actual bulb melting down. What do you guys think of all this?

lol Ok, so maybe it wouldn't be a wise investment for n/t DSM's. But, how many DSM's do you see running around with actual HID lighting? If a car is all done and just needs exterior modifications, that would be one I would want. Especially if it improves the lighting quality to that of other actual HID systems. My projectors suck on low beam. High beams rock though. lol

HID's are the shit. I wouldn't ever buy a kit though, I'm going to do an actual retrofit.
