I need some help........First off......I have a 2001 Chevy Silverado, 5.3 Extended Cab with the 2 back doors opening opposite ways (4 doors but not a crew), 4 wheel drive........Basically does powerslot make a rotor for me?
First off, I went to the site ' autoanything.com ', and followed the links for my vehicle.....tear, make, model......then it says enter sub-model.........click on the link and take a look........it is also listed exactly the same on the powerslot website....

http://www.autoanything.com/products/product_mv.aspx?p_id=2722&se=power_slot_slotted_rotors

Out of the list I clicked on......'Fits the 4wd Extended Cab 1500 Silverado with 28.5 rear thick rotors' this was the only submodel that fits my vehicle, so I ordered it......and after like 20 days or so (problems with shipping to canada), I got them...... I went to install them and the mounting bracket does not fit over the rotor......I spent about 3 hours on the phone with autoanycrap.com and they said the don't give a s*it.........I can send it back, but will be out the shipping and custom duties...plus to add insult to injury I have to pay shipping back to them.......About 200 beans worth, and they would send me a smaller diameter rotor.....but then I would have to pay duties and shipping again.....Now I know that powerslot makes rotors for our trucks.....but how am I supposed to know my rotors are not 28.5 mm thick........the part number for these rotors is 8695PSL.....
they said they would replace my order 8694PSL, which are 18.5 mm thick, but when I checked it out they are only for regular cabs, and mine is a extended............I also checked out other rotor campanies..........brembo,baer powerstop....and others and can't find anything for my truck....what's going on.......Anyone can find me part numbers for my truck.......sorry for bragging on......you're probably tired from read'in.....

I have purchased Brembos for my Silverado and my Subaru from this ebay store and love them so far. I have a 99 4x4 Ext Cab, but when you check out you tell them your vehicle make and type and they will make sure to send you the right parts. Good luck.

Finally, I got them to do something.........Had to go to the top though.....which finding who is at the top was the difficult part......Nice guy named Roy (sales guy), said the best was to talk to his customer service supervisor......she was just a nag, she just kept saying, "that's not my problem"...........then after.....a couple days of trying I got a hold of Monica...she is the head of the business (just not the owner).....she was very nice to me.......I explained what the problem was, and she agreed and said I was completely right.....there was a error in the webpage.........She was extremely nice, she listened to what I had to say, unlike the supervisor who kept cutting me off.... Probably explains why Monica is successful in here business.......Also, Monica agreed to pay for the shipping for the old rotors to go back, and for the new ones, plus all duties...... I only lost a thousand nerves, but it only took one quick phone call (about 5 minutes) to solve the problem.......yee pee.....

I don't like those cross drilled rotors.......since I started doing a lot of off- roading.......I think the heat from the the rotors going in water and mud would easily crack.......also, the powerslots are are $90 bucks each plus ten or so bucks shipping......

I apoligize to all those 40 or so people who read my long, long really long post.....
