need stats on the 5s-fe motor

need to find out how much boost a stock bottom end can handle? how many horses can the rods and pistons take. also need to know what size the stock mr2 turbo is? im turbo charging my celica and not lookin for a tremendous horse power increase. need to know what exactly i need off the turbo charged mr2 to make mine boost.hit me with info only if its accurate facts cant make any mistakes buget build. thanks also if anyone knows any web sites with celica info hook me up later
