it could be a pinched wire. have you done any work under the hood recently? are they factory running lights? did you install them? i'f start with the light, then follow the wire back. eventually you are going to see the issue.

wire rubbed through, cut, prematurly grounded out...something like this is along that wire somewhere...

all i did when it started happening was change out the bulb in the right rear tail light everything is original in the truck otherwise made no mods to the lighting

it may be possible that you are pinching a wire inside the housing --or with the housing.

remove the housing again like you are changing the bulb--then replace fuse. try that--leave the housing out while testing.

This was happening on my Rodeo as well. It turns out it was one of the front turn signals/running lights. The socket that the bulb goes into was very rusty and wasn't water tight. I actually couldn't even remove the bulb. Got a new light for $20 off of ebay and haven't blown a fuse yet.

Do you have a trailer wiring harness?

If so, remove it, replace the fuse, and see what happens.

I have seen many of these
follow the wiring from the bulb back to where it goes through the center support it usually shorts out there
it is also possible the short may be under the radiator there is a harness the=at runs under it
