turn signals flash

i have a 98 duranango in which my turn signals are acting funny. when the lights are off and i activate the left turn signal the turn signals flash like the hazard lights and the dash light and radio lights flash as well. with the lights on the turn signal light on the dash stays lit and the turn sinal bulb stays brightly lit but nothing flashes anyone have an idea?

Try pulling all your turn signal bulbs out and inspect them for damage and make sure they are the correct ones.
