94' 350 5.7L Won't Turn Over

I'm away at school and my Caprice is at home, my brother says it wont start. When he turns it over something clicks put car dosent start. Could it be the starter or do i just need a jump from it sitting up for a few weeks in the Chicago cold???

Sounds like a dead battery to me.

Dead battery or dead starter. If it wont jump test the battery before you go out and buy a new starter.
