Active Aero 1st gen vs 2nd gen

I am checking to see if anyone knows if an active aero front dam from a 2nd gen will fit on a 1st gen car. My dam is cracked and i found someone selling one off a 2nd gen car.

I believe they are mechanically identical.

wondering about the shape of the dam itself...
