i need a little advice I bought a set of 19' rims but for my gtp the only bad thing is that they came off a honda accord and a honda is 4 lug and my grand prix is a 5 lug do you recomend putting some adapters to fitt and is it safe???

IMHO No & Noooo ! Sell those & put the funds towards some that fit your ride.Better to be safe than sorry

Did you buy them knowing that they are designed for 4 nuts while your car has 5 ? Or it was a mistake ? I would not mess with modifying your car to fit the wheels. Sell them and buy the ones that will fit with no modifications.

wheel adaptors set the wheels out too far, which will cause fitment problems and undo stress on the hub bearings and suspension. Get wheels that fit.

:iagree: The wheels you purchased are not designed for the weight of the Grand Prix nor are they designed for the Grand Prix itself and can cause a lot of problems. Sell them or buy a Honda that they will fit.
