Engine Cap help?

Hiya I bought some engine oil today for my 1994 Ford Fiesta LX 1.1 5 door, my knowledge of cars is only know enough to start my car and fill petrol and a few other things.
Once i was looking under the bonnet, i couldnt find how to add oil to my engine, because it hasn't got a screw on cap, and wondering if any1 knows how to solve this silly problem (Basic).
Also there is an alarm system in my car which works but in the inside my car there is a red led on my dash board which never seems to do anything? it's not the one under my clock though?
