low speed wobble

my 98 tc has a low speed wobble the steering wheel wobbles back and forth
until 35mph or so.what can cause this thanks

Could be a few things: bad tires ( belts shifted), tires out of balance, bent rim, bad tie rods. Try rotating the tires and see if that helps any, and check your tie rod ends. If rotating the tires helps take it in to a tire dealer and have them check the tire balance and rim out of round.
