Pic Help Please

ok ive searched and searched but still cant find a thread on here about how to post a pic any advice will be greatful

Go to http://www.imageshack.us and upload a picture. Then if you want a picture in your post click the mountain with the sun picture next to the earth. Then paste the URL there and you will have a picture in your post. You pretty much do the same thing for your sig as well.
