installing a new windshield?

well guys i have an opportunity to purchase a nice windshield.one that will replace my old crack out windshield. but I'm not sure exactly what adhesive is used or any special steps needed in installing a new windshield.can anyone help.

newer body style cars require a urethane set glass. The last time I did one the urethane had to be heated. Just make sure that things are clean by getting all the old sealer off the body. not a bad job though. have fun
