fiero fuel problem

I have changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel relay, O2 sensor, tpi sensor, and my 87 fiero still wont run unless I spray gas in the throttle body, it is the 2.5 liter. When I spray gas in the throttle body it will run for a minute then dead. I checked for a short by hooking up a wire to the negative on the battery then grounding it, and nothing so I dont think I have a short. Could it be the ignition module? If it was that though it wouldnt start at all would it? I can hear the fuel pump running faintly, like I said I just put a new one in it though. It used to idle then when I would give it gas it would stall out, then recover when I let off the gas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.......Ed

Check your fuses for your fuel injectors. It sounds like you're not getting fuel delivery to the cylinder, that is a common cause.

Use a test light at the injector. to make sure you have juice. I had one that someone had cut the wires instead of unfluging it. When I repaired the wire with a snap type splicer it didn't work and I had to splice it and solder it.

I have checked power to the injector and there is power going to it. I have narrowed it down I think to one of two problems, bad injector, or bad ignition module, because wouldnt the ignition module control the gas to in some way? Could somebody enlighten me on this .........Thanks..ed
