disk brake conversion

I have an 89 dx sedan and want to put 4 wheel disk brakes on it, but cant find a conversion kit anywhere for the rear brakes. Just wondering where i could find one.

go to a junkyard, and pull the entire rear trailing arm/disc assembly off a 90-93 teg. I think its only 5 or 7 bolts if i remember right. also get the cables for the e-brake. Take the stuff home and bolt it right onto your civic.
