While I believe different people have different tastes, that car is just like every other jacked-up, pimped out Caprice I've seen. These people ruin these cars with these wild a** modifications and then try to sell them, no wonder there are so many for sale. If only that car could have been saved before they mutilated it.

Come on, from what I can see it isn't THAT bad. My guess is he wanted to keep he rims. I've seen a lot worse.

And that folks is the downside to owning a b-body. I went on part of the 04 Power Tour with some friends and we were really dissapointed in the other b-bodies we saw, big wheels, fuzzy green and leopard interior, raised cowl SCREWED to a hood on a wagon. That is why the extent of my exterior modification is kept at a minimum so I don't get lumped into that crowd. The most "bling" I run is Impala wheels and they were mostly an inexpensive way to mount serious rubber under the car.
