79 malibu V8 bucket seats

I have a 79 malibu with a v8 and bucket seats. I have heard that the bucket seats are rare as well as the combo with a v8. Knowing very little about classic cars I was hoping someone here could point me to somewhere that I could do more research. In particular i am looking to sell and I want to gauge the value. i have checked Ebay Motors and have found a wide range. Any other tips you folks might have would be helpful. Thanks
