could i easy beat a 89 supra with a stock turbo and 2" exhust with all i have done with my car cuz iknow a guy and he really thinks he can take me but i don't think so what would u guys say anyone raced a supra out there

he said its got like 250hp or somethign at the wheels but his probly just bulling shitting mines like 290 300 at the back wheels

if his is totaly stock it is a drivers race i would say because your care is probly heavy, and i used to have a 87 supra turbo and i had a boost controler and exhaust and a bigger inyercooler and i was over 300hp with just one stock turbo. Do you know if that is all he has done to his car?

and i love camaros more than i do the supra's but damn it was fast for a 6, and to give you an idea how fast it was, i got a 3ed gear scratch and with my mods i could beat a stock srt4. Mine was a 5 speed also.

and is his a stick? and it probly has the lsd drive train on it, and thoes are rwd.

with the 355, no doubt you would win... i think your car runs damn close to mine, and i demolish stock supras of all years... stock turbo supras is what i'm talkin bout, there's no question about the stock n/a supras those are a joke

IROC-KID it's funny you mention that. My friend just bought an 89 Supra. I'm gonna race him soon. Should be fun and definitely from a dig. I'll do a roll run to, although i'll most likely get raped. His will be stock while my 305 will be mildly modified.

yeah man, the srt4 is the skittle by dodge. its got like 215hp, but man they can get over 300hp with just a few mods. real easy car to fix up. we have them at our shop all the time.

what i ment was that to give you a idea how fast my supra was i got a third gear scratch and i beat a stock srt4 at a stop light. He thought mine was a n/a untill i reved it up and you could here the turbo spool, and after i took off he could here the blow off valve.

oh ya,lol, today i saw what i thought was a srt4 and i got up to it and it was a wannabe,lol, it was a 4 door neon with that spolier and some srt4 rims and exhaust. He pulled up next to me on the high way and hit the gas, i laughed at him then got up nexted to him and i smashed mine, he backed off a little.

i know right, but drvingstorm has seen it so i have a witness lol. but ill have it on here 2morrow, hell it looks just like my rs but its silver with grey race stripes. as a matter of fact, when we made the post last year about f1 camaro's the picture that was posted is the same car i have... how ironic. but ill make sure to get the pics

When I first got my maro I used to mis-shift first and start off in third. (Wasn't used to a close ratio.) Still lit em up from a dead stop.

I see these guys that spend all this money on these crappy imports [edit: econo shitboxes] and think they're hot shit, and they're little "srt4's" are big and bad. Classless, Assless, Nutless and dumpy looking. Wait until I get my shit straightened out... Actually all I really need is a choke, fix my compression prob, and rebuild trans... then there's gonna be import blood all over the highways.

IROCKID: my fastest 1/8th so far is a 8.7968 at 81.77 mph... that's with a 2.0395 60ft... i ran that with the 3.42 gears, stock throttle body, and bald as fuck tires


and yes i am definately a witness to dj's car, its damn good looking, i'm crazy bout that f1... seriously i didn't think they actually existed, but man, i saw it so i can't lie, it exists :D
