Removing Motor

I have 2000 Sonoma 4x4. Do I have to drop the front end (as in axel) to remove the motor?

No, simply disconnect all the sensors, rmeove the motormount cross bolts and disconnect the engine from the bell housing and seperate. (Of course you're gonna have to remove the hood as well). Then lift the motor out.
