Rear deck

Hello all,
While I was removing my rear speakers, because thay are garbage, I noticed some wierd looking items under the deck cover.
1: a glass fuse
2: a little blacck box with about 8 black wires coming out of it. I noticed more of them around the kick panels too. Are they sensors?
My car is an 2004 2.2 liter 4 door
Is any one what these two items are please lrt me know

The glass fuse looking thing is the light for the trunk, but im not sure what the the other thing is either. But mine has one too.
