take it to a body shop and have the body work guyz saw through the parts with rust and weld fresh sheet metal into that place........

...... or if you have a major rust problem... such as rust eating through your sunroof, fenders, doors, exhaust, you get the point... your best bet it to replace those items.

...yeah, it all depends on what part is rusty...if its easily replaceable..definitely just replace it altogether...if its something like the rear quarters..that's a little more difficult since its spot welded in...that'll be a little bit bigger decision on whether to replace or repair...

I have surface rust on my 1/4 panels and I know it is only on the top because the the back is perfectly smooth. Very strange. But I would imagine if I got it sanded and then put some bondo on it it would work.

unless you know what you're doing, on our cars it's best to have a body shop do the rust work. The high carbon content in our steel makes rust a very dangerous thing to mess with - - you have to be sure it's totally eliminated the first time or you're in trouble real fast (I know from experience!) If you can afford it, leave this one to the pros.
