putter

i dont know if it is serious prob. or not but on my 98 cav when idleing and i put my foot on the gas lightly so the rpm's raise a little and when i hold it there it has breaks in the idle like it stutters i mean i dont know how else to put it but any suggestions. and when it stutters the whole car shakes
