1994 Grand Caravan Driver Door Help

My driver side door seems to have been moved out of alignment and will not shut correctly. How can I adjust the door back up to where it will close correctly? When I get in the van and close the door I have to slam it shut and it still doesn't close. Please help. Thank you.

Your hinge may be broken as our 94 had the same problem. We had it replaced.
