3 wires -
12v +
Ground ( you need a good ground, preferbably where your ecu grounds)
tap the wire for your 02 sensor, i believe you guys have what is called a heated 02 sensor which means it takes a while to warm up and then the readings will start to show. with just the power on and the car not turned on only one led will light up.

you have to let the o2 sensor warm up. It usually takes about 5 min while driving before it starts to work. so if you have it tapped into the o2 sensor and power and ground then go and drive it....it should start to work after it warms up. ( i had the same prob with mine)

I agree with Travis. You've most likely installed it correctly. The car will run rich on startup, but once it's warmed up the gauge should read normal.
