A couple questions

While pulling the cams out today I accidentally broke the cam position sensor :banghead: but I got to thinking, according to vfaq 95-96 didn't have a cam sensor. I know for sure I have a 98 or 99 motor with the full harness swapped but I was wondering since I still have the e-prom ecu is the cam sensor necessary? and if it is anyone have one for sale? Also I'm putting a 1g intake manifold and throttle body on and IIRC you have to put the 2g tps on the 1g tb, well I'm hoping someone can explain this to me because they are totally different and I dint have any idea who it would work, but I could just be smoking something to. I think those are the only two things that I'm worried about right now but there may be more things down the road:p

Well try running it without it if you've heard that you can. And what about your 1g intake manifold problem now?

I'm wondering what sensors on the trhottle body need to be replaced. I thought I heard somewhere that you need to keep the 2g tps if you use a 1g throttle body, but they way the attach is completly different.

ok thanks man thats everything I needed to know. It actually looks like I dont have the right tb so now I have to find another one. BTW where did you get a 75mm tb at?

I can't remember where I got it but I'll try do some searching and figure it out.
