:banghead: aww!!! i am soo piss, i don't know what the hell is going on!.

ok i had a small 16g for about 4 months. and for the past month I been hearing a blender type of sound , ti'll i notice the turbo had lots of back and foward shaft play. next day ,broke the oil seal. ok no problem i had a 14b as a replacement. install it prime it, and stared it up ... perfect.

later that afternoon, i was hearing the blender kinda sound again ,this time quite louder.... 10 minutes later.....no more boost. :banghead:

after that , after 3 weeks of looking for another 14b , i finaly found with no play and low miles, aww great! istall it............ blew same freaking day!!!!:banghead: :crying: I DON"T KNOW WHAT TO FUCKING DOOO!!!!!

Help! do oil pressure has someting to do???
I don't have an oil press gauge, but stock gauge show a little above the middle at wot.

P.S I replaced my oil everytime i replaced the turbo.

Any ideas of what the hell is going on????

P.S anybody has another 14b for sale??? please let me know!!!

Thanks!!

you did replace the oil filter everytime too, right? I hope you're using a quality filter. Look for an oil leak, a boost leak could also overwork the turbo and kill it pretty easily.

yes oil + filter and "mobil" too! no oil leaks what so ever, nothing around turbo nor nearby. boost ..... it holds 30pounds for more than 30 seconds

Make sure the oil feed line isn't plugged and starving the turbo of oil, it sounds like thats what your problem is.

i cleaned the oil line everytime i install each turbo. i am worried that i have a pressure prooblem.

Does the pressure every drop any lower than a bit below the middle? I don't see how a pressure problem would starve JUST the turbo, but you could replace the oil pump if you really are up for the work. But MAKE SURE that oil feed line is clean.

It could be a volume problem where theres enough pressure but not enough total volume to supply oil for everything, in that case it would be a pump. but if its low pressure then you need to start looking at your main bearings for wear
