Eclipse first gen for $50 !!

My brother friend selling first gen eclipse 5 speed, still running but 3 gear is missing, so I have to shift from 1-2 then run to 5k rmp then shift to 4-5, I have seen the car yet, but I will pick it up tomorrow, I will take some pix when I get it here.

couple month ago I heard, he was selling it for $600, then today my bro saw him on street, then he calling him asking about the car, he told my bro come pick it up for free, my brother say "No" he willing to pay some amount , then his friend say $50, so we will pick up tomorow ( I have to go with him because Im the only one know how to drive stick :grinyes: ". I think it was 1994 model. He told my brother, then car has been park for along time so I need to change oil and some basic tunning stuff.

I found a similar deal, a 1st gen Talon Black with no rust and flawless paint job for $100 bucks but the engine is blown. So I'm just going to rebuild it and have some fun. No it is not a TSI either...bummer.

Just pick up the car this morning, it late then I was expect, the car need to be tunning before I can drive any further, like oil, air filter >>>>>, I test drive and drove home with the car, I shift to 1-2 , then cant find 3, so I did rev to around 5.5k then I went to 4-5 just fine, by the way the car have been hit ( not that much ) but you can tell it been hit at the back, I cant park my car at my home, but I do park it at my friend apartment ( the apartment have the gate need the code to get in, I dont have the code, so if I want see the car I have to wait for him to get home, I just knew him, so i knew he not trust me now but soon ).

What model is it? Turbo, non turbo?
