85 chevy k10 305 its 10 below i have a new charged battery and the block heater is plugged in i tried starting fluid in the carb...any tips?truck turns over but wont fire it was running until the outside temp dropped damn north dakota

Could be that the choke is not adjusted properly. Need more info on your problem. Is it that the truck will not start, idle, or is driveable after you get it started?
