Zx2 Fuse/Electrical wiring

The main fuse under the hood blew, then fuses in the car blew, replaced fuses. Now windshield wipers stay on, radiator fan doesnt turn, gas gauge doesnt work and temp. gauge doesnt work, also air in car wont work. All that happened after the main fuse blew.

One BIG mess.

Any ideas on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
