I've heard stories of people stuffing potatoes and stuff up there to prevent the car from starting up..... for this thing, I dunno what to stuff up there that would actually block it!

I think he has a stock exhaust maybe with some holes /rust and no cat , and this is just sticked into there somehow and doesn;t have anything to do with real exhaust...

he had to move the liscene plate and from what beaterz said it doubles as a grill for tailgating parties
