jaguars are lemons

I have a jaguar s type and the transmissin has been replaced three times I thought I was buying a good automobile but I was not.I have owned two BMW's, one Landrover and a toyota limited 4-runner and the Jaguar is the worst. Never buy a jag:nono: !!!!!!

I know several britts here in the US and they wont even buy a brittish car due to reliability issues most of them have japanese vehicles.

What year S Type is it?

...sounds like a '99-'01 m.y.

My s-type hasn't given me any major problems. Just regular routine maintanance, it has 86,500 miles and still going strong.
