WTB : first Bike

im a 17 year old girl looking for my first bike, i really want a suzuki GS500F but i need a cheap bike. PLEASE send me any information or IM me at LocaChik247... im always on and i'll respond but if the cell phone thing is up dont even try it, my mother took texting off my cellular :(

That is a good bike to start with. They are pretty cheap new but you can pick up a good used one for around $2000 give or take. I saw a few on the cycle trader here in Florida...

The older GS500's are somewhat hard to come by as a lot of them are being snapped up by amateur racers. They are great bikes!

for mountain biking? maybe a GIANT or sumthin?:uhoh: :wtf:

Perhaps maybe a 2000 Honda CBR 600F4? still pretty powerfull, but considered a good entry levle sport bike.

just a word of warning dont ever post your number you dont know who these people are no offence guys but theres some f-up people out there.. this site is pretty good and you will get lots of help but keep it on the site. especially if your a girl. what year of that bike are you lookin for. if you cant find one i would look at a honda hawk late 80s/ 87. great starter bike very forgiving, v-twin.

If it's that Yamaha, that is also a great bike for this application...

so what is the question here? is it what are cheep bikes? or is it info on a gs500? BTW i love girls that ride sport bikes.
