okay lol i posted that i got my second ticket up on here like a few months ago. well i decided to pre pay it and when i did it they were all fine and cool about it and they said i wouldnt have to take driving school again. well today Feb 15th i got a letter from DMV. Stateing NOtis of requirments/order of suspension. Which stated that im getting my license suspended for speeding since i was under 18 and that i have to go to a clinic. Now when i prepayed it they sayed that i was fine and i coudl drive again and that if i got another ticket i would lose my license they didnt say anythign like this. so i was wondering how could they do this now when they told me it was fine becaus ei would have went to court and fought it to have tried to keep it off my record. lol i dont really care that much about going to traffic school i found it amusing but im pissed that they didnt tell me i had to again and that they lied to my face when i handed them th emoney.

the dmv and the court are totaly seperate... the dmv is who decides wether you get to keep your licence or not.. the courts find out wether your guilty or not.. most the time the courts dont have a clue how it will afect your record.. or your drivers licence... that really does suck though.. i know that in utah you can submit a request for a new trial.. but it takes like 6 months to "proses" and in that time you will probubly have your licence back.. well good luck...

If it's anything I am good with, then it's defidently with cops and tickets. One thing for sure, if you asked a cop if your going to loose your liscence, or those old ladies in the court building, then you are looking for a wrong answer. The Cops nor The Old Ladies, have a say in what's going to happen to your liscence. That all goes to PENNDOT and your Insurance Company, and they decide what effect on the liscence it shall have. If it's Above the point system for sure, then your going to loose it. If it's equal, you should loose it. And if it's below, your good. Just remember, don't ask a cop shit if your going to loose your liscence or not. Because honestly, they dont know.

Trust me, I lost my liscence two weeks after I had it. Also, my first driving violation was at the age of 15. Mom wasn't too happy about that one at all.
