Weekend drives.

Ok this is for everybody, I am trying to get a weekend drive together, I was thinking something civilised, after reading others posts etc, I was thinking about a BBQ or picnic or something, but no Im NOT asking for the driving to be civilised at all! I was wondering who would be up for it, and what days are good for you, I work Mon to Fri, and finish at 2 on Fri's so Im sure we can work something out soon.

hey man u from newcastle??,... i was there at the start of this month...
me and some mates decided to check out the club scene (ie girls hahah :D)
we went fannys, brewery, went past mercury...
anyways i dont think ill be going back!! the drive is a KILLER :bloated:... so unless ur willing to come down to w'gong????:devil:

Usually I'm up for a drive whenever - most of the holidays will be out though.

Just over 2 weeks away. I'll prolly be free the first weekend as driving down is hell after finishing a term.

Yah Im up for anywhere just so long as it doesnt take me a year to bloody get there, I got a few mates at Richmond air base so I got places i can stay etc so where we go isnt an issue. So after ur holidays huh Set?

May be organise an evening run if we can't get a weekend - meet at carlo car wash and go from there.

about the cruise....Pete and I were discussing it last night... and we think in terms of lighting and everything..perhaps we'll go south this time, and sometime during the day, we'll do the bells line or road.

Actually discussing it with my sister this morning...she agrees...a south run would be nice...have decent lighting...and also give us an opportunity to have a nice safe run, and take pictures.
So has anyone else invited...other friends along and stuff....if we can get a decent group out that would be nice.
although if we're already on the south west side of sydney....
a different meeting spot might be in order....
its a bit pointless for us to drive through traffic to get up to thornleigh...when we have to head south again....
I'll see if deb can come over or get a lift with steve if he's coming to our place or something....
perhaps meeting at lansvale... on the hume or something... is a better option.

Yeah - I was thinking a different meeting point too - on the performanceforums they were saying how Thornleigh maccas is now getting the cops to move people on as everyone uses it as a meeting point ;)

I'm thinking the mobil service station after the maccano set at lansvale might be ok....
its a big servo.... and its easy to go south from there.
