front bumer sags on a 98 GTP

ok ive been looking at the front of my car for the last 3 weeks at my job i always back it in so i always see the front end. i noticed right under my headlights the bumper sorta sags. just right under the headlights. all the seams seem to be good along the fenders and all screws are in under the hood. i took out my headlight to see if there was some screws or something under the headlight but there was nothing there. im just wondering if after time all the snow heat and other elements have worn this down. is there anything i can buy or do to raise this back up to flush with the btooom of the hadlights...it makes my car look tired lol...it looks kinda goofy. i noticed this seems to be a common problem with grand prixs because of another guy at my work has the same thing but his dosent sag as bad. thanks foir the help
