who would win?

I have this annoying friend who just got his car. He is ridein around in a 96 nissan sentra( just a reg one no vspec or anything). He bought it with a cold air intake and an exhaust system. I on the other hand have a 98 teg(B18B) . His car is stick while mine is automatic. honestly who would win the race? Its just a quick quarter mile drag...
