2000 Check engine question

Check engine light came on the other day. Scan it with my OBD II and got an P0422. Any known sensors that cause is? Thanks.

Primary catylyst below efficiency threshold. Can be a complicated diagnosis. You could google p0420 same issue, or go to batauto.com and do a search for it there is a good tech article on one of their tech links.
