Does anyone know what 12bolt or 10bolt posi rear will fit in the 63 Nova.
What donor car can I get one from that will bolt right up?Thanks for the info.

I'd go to any salvage yard that has older cars and have them look it up in their Hollander Interchange manual. Older yards should have older issues of it behind the desk. My best guess is that anything up to '67 should work, but the '68-77 units might be adaptable and more plentiful.

I personally wound up putting a 9" Ford unit under my '66 Nova years ago. I needed to have it narrowed (for drag slick clearance) a bit and have the spring perches welded to it & moved inboard. Not the cheapest way to go, but super strong. They also shortened the axles and drilled them for the Chevy bolt pattern.

Hanging quarter panels, what fun! First of all you should have the new ones on hand before you cut out the old ones. This will help you to see what you need to cut out.

Unless you've done this before and have all the tools around plus a tig or mig welder, I'd consider getting a body shop to do the rough work for you. Most of these guys are pretty cool and will work with you.
