Starting Problems 99 GT

My 1999 Grand Prix GT (3.8) 90,000 miles, is having a problem starting sometimes. This problem is only happening 1 or 2 times a week. I turn the key and all I get is a clicking noise. The battery is fine as the radio and lights work. I thought it might be a problem with the starter but whenever it happens the time on the clock resets. About 5 months ago I had the rear main seal replaced, I don't know if that has anything to do with it.After sitting for a minute or two it starts right up. Anyone have any answers.

Check the connections at the battery both pos. & neg and to the main fuse box. Although the radio and lights work it doesn't mean the battery is 100% so you might consider getting it tested. Also, check the 12v connection at the starter/solenoid for tightness and the 12v S inut which comes from the crank relay.
