2002 brake problems

i have been experiencing vibration and grating noises from passenger side rear wheel. Brakes and rotors been replaced recently and new tires. Still getting the noises and now squealing. Could it be the emergency brakes gone bad?
I have never used them. There is a thumping noise coming from rear of car as well. Thought the new tires would have eliminated a lot of these noises.

Yeah, I just bought a 2.7 V6 Santa today , it had only 75K km on it so its still in the warranty. Anyways I bough it from a Hyundai dealer who was supposed ot have inspected the auto. After getting on the highway and speeding then try to reduce speed there was a weired grating noise coming as if there is one or more rotors that are out of form, but the dealership has just replaced the brake pads???? I don`t understand. Anyone advise???
