Washer pump problem

Hey there,

I don't usually wrench on vehicles but thought I would take a crack at it as to save some money by not taking it to the dealership for this type of problem.
Maybe someone has an idea of what to do with this one.
Windshield washer mist won't function, wipers works fine.
I replaced the washer pump thinking that was the problem.......no dice.
Seems that it isn't getting any juice.
Any suggestions as to what to check next.
