what does DSM mean ?

Diamond Star Motors. It was a joint venture between Mitsubishi and Chrysler. They shared the same cars, only put them under different names. Like the Mitsu Eclipse, Plymouth Laser, and Eagle Talon; are all the same car. Mitsubishi Starion, Chrysler and Dodge Conquests are all the same car.
