Milky Oil in the intake?

Im getting oil in the intake and its a milky brown. Its mixed w/ water witch is just condensation thats in the airbox, so that probably why its milky brown but why is there oil in the intake. I know on most cars that means the PCV valve is clogged but the 2.2 ecotech dosnt have one! :banghead: Anny reasoning on why ther is oil in the intake?

the ricgs might be shot then so i would look into getting those replaced. i have the same problem when i went to take the breahter filter off to check it i knew their was oil in it before and the oil turned milky white. just look at those first.
