Gauges removing in 2002 CR-V

I'd like to change backlight in my gauges in 2002 CR-V.I got already changed in switches,radio and heating/cooling knobs but I don'n know how remove gauges from dashboard:shakehead

Where you ever able to change the back lihting on our dash? I can not stand the factory orange lighting.
